Higher Purpose Academy purpose is to develop more inclusion in our workplaces through education. We train both neurotypical and physical/mental challenged persons 15 years and up building real-world experience within an operational working environment.

Our Mission
Our mission focuses on inclusion by providing the education and safe real world environment in a variety of in-demand careers for youth 15 years and up, including physically/mentally challenged.
For those living with a disability of working age, 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝟒𝟖% 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝. The remainder struggles to find meaning full employed due to the lack of appropriate education and training. This unemployment is long term, usually for life.
We offer 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲 building career independence and success for the first time in a comprehensive and holistic manner.
What we like to do different at HPA, is not only provide all our student's hands-on experience with our vetted partners but we also help secure our student's job placement where possible after graduation.
So not only will they have new-found skills, nationally recognised qualifications but practical on the job experience to help set them up for life!
